Come Dancing won the Ruffian Stakes (G2). She pulled away in the stretch and posted a 6 3/4-length victory over a sloppy (sealed) racetrack.

Come Dancing paid $2.60 for winning, a huge 3-10 favorite, broke slowly in but then prompted the pace of Frostie Anne in second through fractions of :23.76 and :46.97. Midway on the turn she moved to the front as Frostie Anne retreated to last in the field of five.

Pacific Wind took a run at Come Dancing at the top of the stretch. Come Dancing kicked free down the lane. The victory was her sixth in 10 starts and increased her earning to $476,700.
