Noble Indy set the early pace. Mendelssohn was stalking Mendelssohn through the first part of the race. Firenze Fire caught the leaders at the 3/4 pole and was able to draw off down the lane to win by nine lengths. Seven Trumpets out kicked Mendelssohn for second by a 1/2 length. Shaft of Light set the pace for the first half mile. Eye Luv Lulu moved to the front around the turn for home. Limousine Liberal and Whitmore engaged Eye Luv Lulu near the 1/16 marker. Limousine Liberal was able to hold off  Whitmore at the wire for a neck victory. Limousine Liberal was the favorite. Running Time – 1:21.53.
