Secret Passage won his last two races. His last race was an Allowance Optional Claiming race at Belmont Park on June 1st. Likes to sit off the pace and make a closing move late.

Rated R Superstar ran fifth in his last race the Pimlico Special Stakes at Pimlico on May 18th. He won the Ben Ali Stakes, Grade III, at Keenland on April 14th. Likes to sit off the pace and make a closing move late.

Leofric won his last outing an Allowance Optional Claiming race at Prairie Meadows on July 6th. He ran second in the Razorback Handicap, Grade III, on February 18th. He has started three times in 2018. His 2018 record is 2-1-0. He should be sitting behind the pace till the stretch. He should be on the board.

Great Emperor broke his maiden at Arlington on July 22nd. He has four lifetime starts. He should be the pace setter in the race.

Hawaakom who won the Governor’s Stakes in 2016 and has competed almost exclusively in graded stakes this year. He ran fourth in his last race the Stephen Foster Handicap, Grade I, at Churchill Downs on June 16th. He won the Razorback Handicap, Grade III, on February 18th. Likes to sit off the pace and make a closing move late. He should be on the board.

Imperative in his first start in 2018 he finished fourth in the Philip H. Iselin Stakes (Grade III) at Monmouth Park on June 30th. Likes to sit near the pace and make a closing move around the final turn. If the eight – year -old returns to his previous ability he should be in the top three.

Matrooh has three wins out of seven starts in 2018. His most win was Hanshin Cup Stakes at Arlington on May 12th. He won a $25,000 claiming race at Oaklawn Park on March 3rd. He ran fifth in his most recent start the Cornhusker Handicap at Prairie Meadows on July 6th. Likes to sit close to pace setters. He needs a great effort to find the winner’s circle against this field.

Term of Art has one start in 2018. He won that race, an Allowance Optional Claiming race at Ellis Park on July 14th. He competed in eight Grade Stakes race in 2017. His career record from 14 starts is 3-1-3 with earnings of $218,000. Likes to sit close to pace setters. He should be able to finish in the top five.

Rocky Tough won an Allowance Optional Claiming race at Indiana Grand on April 27th. He has never faced graded stakes competition.  Likes to sit close to pace setters.

Lionite his maiden in April. He won the Prairie Mile. He ran third in the Iowa Derby behind High North and Mr Freeze. 

Draft Pick ran second in the Lost Alamitos Derby on July 14th. He won the  Affirmed Stakes, Grade III, at Santa Anita on  June 10th. He should be on the board.

Caloric has two wins from claiming races. He ran seventh in the Tampa Bay Derby and finished fourth in the Tom Ridge at Presque Isle Downs. He finished seventh in the Ohio Derby, Grade III. He finished fourth in an Allowance Optional Claiming race at Presque Isle Downs on July 16th.  This competition is too tough for him to find a spot on the board.

King Cause has tested three-year-old stakes company but has not proved he is graded stakes ready . He finished second-to-last in Lazaro Barrera, the Affirmed and the Los Alamitos Derby. He should not be a factor in the outcome.

Once On Whiskey has raced only four times. He won his last race the Los Alamitos Derby on July 14th. The Los Alamitos Derby was at the same distance as the West Virginia Derby. He should be near the front and has a solid chance of being on the board.

Rugbyman he broke his maiden second out by 14 lengths at Belmont Park. He ran second in the Easy Goer at Belmont on June 9th. He ran fourth in the Dwyer, Grade III, at Belmont on July 7th.He has started four times with a record of 1-1-1. He should be on the board.

Pamir broke his maiden and won an allowance race at Mountaineer. He has never faced graded stakes competition. He will need some racing luck to find the board. .

Mr Freeze has only 3 starts.  He ran second in the Iowa Derby on July 6th. He broke his maiden in his first race and won an Allowance Optional Claiming race at Churchill Downs on June 2nd. He likes to come from off the pace and near the back of the field. He has a chance to be in the top five.

High North won the Iowa Derby win. He’s yet to hit the board in graded stakes company. He stands a chance to being on the board if he moves forward off his last effort.
